This visit was everything that one would hope for: wide range of quality, good value products; knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff.

My daughter and I were welcomed to the store on arrival. I had previously visited the store, chosen my mattress and received a quote. The assistant, Debbie, whom had previously served me, attended to my purchase. We were provided with coffee and biscuits, and certainly didn't feel rushed to finalise my purchase. The other assistants in this store were also very friendly towards me and my daughter. A very friendly and satisfactory shopping experience.

Highly satisfied with the availability of products, the helpfulness and knowledge of the staff and the willingness to go out of the way to make us feel at home.

Staff were courteous, very helpful, answered all of our questions with ease and was understanding of ours needs. We were offered tea, coffee and biscuits, the whole store was very clean and not cluttered.

We were dealt with by Paul in the Yeovil branch, he was friendly, professional and encouraged us to take our time in selecting the correct bed for our problematic backs- we were totally relaxed in a very pleasant environment which makes for a refreshing change in today's retail experiences.

Advice was quick and helpful. My needs where heard and assitance was given to make sure I got just what I needed. Very impressed that a Saturday delivery and removal of my old mattress came to £40.

The assistant that helped me, Paul, listened to what I wanted, didn't rush me, didn't try to persuade me to buy a dearer mattress, explained things thoroughly to me and didn't act like he was working on commission like you get in most stores.
