Excellent products available and Dom was very helpful. We understood that there could be no discount on our nexpencive choice, but we felt that only 10% on the head board was a little mean!

So much choice is very confusing, but assistant was very helpful in focussing my thoughts and wishes. Very polite and helpful with wood sense of humour. Certainly deserved her commission!

I chose options from the website, phoned the store to check availability, courteously informed all options were available to view in store. on arrival I was greeted pleasantly and as soon as I mentioned the options, Kim said she was the person I had spoken to earlier and as she had noted my options she took me straight to them all, discussing respective benefits and my sleeping position. On making my choice she promptly prepared the paperwork and arranged delivery and collection of my old mattress . Excellent service I hope the delivery matches your instore service. Polite stuff, well undersdant what customers are looking for. Stuff not trying to sell more expensive or overstayed beds/mattreses in store. Very like

the salesman went to a great deal of trouble to explain the differences in the types of bed available.

We had shopped around before going to the Dreams store, we found our visit there to be extremely good, we were offered assistance when we arrived, but declined saying we would like to browse first. We were left alone to do just that, which we appreciated, in my opinion there is nothing more off putting than continually being asked if I can be helped. When we were ready we approached Dominic, he was very helpful but not at all pushy. We made our purchase! Delivery will be on the 12th of January, I was surprised at how quick this was. Very impressed . We are now looking forward to a great nights sleep .
