The assistance we had helping us to choose the right mattress was excellent. We were given all the information on arrival & then given time on our own to make our choice but he was always there ready to answer any questions.

Paul greeted us as though we was royalty and even made us a drink this I found unique and wonderful showing us round all the Mattress also explaining each one I found he had tremendous knowledge and I was grateful both my ex and me chose the same and I then wanted a single electric bed having been explained and shown how to operate I chose to have one I found from first meeting him to leaving the store was a great experience

Great service store stay open to finish are order at 18.00

Paul @ Yeovil was very helpful and knowledgeable, he did not try to pass off items that were not suitable and took his time and we had a nice cup of tea. We would certainly go there again, we were made very welcome

I came back to Dreams because I had a great experience first-time. My second visit did not disappoint either. Stall were available but kept discrete distance and after initial greetings left me to explore and make up my mind before I sought their assistance. From placing order the service was great all the way through to delivery 3 days later; this included email order confirmation. I would definitely go back to Dreams for my next bed/mattress requirements.

Dominic was very helpful in giving me a selection of metal beds available and then choosing from the many different types of mattresses!

the staff where very friendly and helpful they helped to make sure that with the space and shape of our room that the furniture would fit in and to over come a problem we had, we needed. to change the bed for a different brand , and with the special offers we had a nice saving. Would highly recommend.

Kim had exceptional knowledge and spent a lot of time and patience finding out what I required. The hot chocolate for my granddaughter was inspired.
