The customer service was very good. Monique had a great knowledge of the products and left us alone to test some of the mattresses which was really appreciated. There was no hard sell just good advice.

Difficulty about phone order resolved in store thankfully. Monique and manager very accommodating so we purchased pillows and mattress cover also. Shall go back soon to choose a new double bed and mattress for or spare room.

Support from the staff was excellent being informative without being pushy. They were available when I did have a question. The store layout and colour coding were good and made things very easy.

Young sales guy had the patience of a Saint- we were in store for nearly 2 hours. He gave us enough time on our own to ensure we didn't feel pressurised. He was very clear about Covid processes and explained things clearly.
