Staff took the time to explain and provide advice. But did not feel pushed into buying a certain product. Also breastfed in store and was offered a drink.

Staff member at the store was extremely helpful and sociable ,... we entered the store with just the intention of looking as we are from Brighton sussex and we were visiting Sherborne Dorset ..... we explained to the member of staff that we were working out prices and he still helped up ... in the end we ordered as we would have eventually come to dreams in hove sussex so seemend pointless not to order whilst we were there

At no time was I under any pressure to make a purchase. All of my questions were answered knowledgably and patiently. Placing the order was a simple process and finance arrangements also very straightforward.

Plenty of stock with varied types of mattress to try Also variety of bases with storage options Clear labels to identify the type of mattress e.g. firm medium and the prices displayed Was able to wander and try with out hard sell but when needed information the sales person was knowledgeable about the products and the benefits of some compared to others
