The Dreams sales assistant that served us at the Yeovil Store (Kim), was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient! We took ages selecting mattresses and pillows and she was very happy to allow us to take this time to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Kim went into great detail about the way we slept and how certain types of mattresses would affect our comfort levels. Drinks were offered for refreshments, which although we didn't want at the time was nice to be offered them!

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable came to us when we wanted and didn't pester to make a sale! All in all a very surprising experience and as a result we will be back to purchase more items over time!
