The product required was immediately found and demonstrated. The Manager and sales lady Emily were knowledgeable, polite, and helpful and did everything to make the sales experience enjoyable

we saw what would meet our needs, but the help line gave the incorrect information as to what products were held in that branch

Upon arrival in the Yeovil store my partner and I were instantly greeted by sales assistant Kim, she was very helpful, talked us through all our options on mattresses, bed bases and headboards within our price range. We were offered a drink and left to talk over our options, we didn't feel pressured into buying which was nice ..... but we did buy and the process was very easy and didn't take long at all. I have shopped at Yeovil Dreams before and would definetly use again.

We were helped by a store colleague named Emily who was extremely helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. She did a comfort test with us and was not too pushy with products which is what we like. She was very helpful for our first mattress buying experience together

The staff. They were friendly and professional. Kim looked after and was exactly as all furniture sales people should be. She greeted us and then left us alone, I knew she was keeping an eye on us so as soon as we settled on a bed and looked around for her, she was already on her way over to us. Kim is a real credit to Dreams.

From the time we went into the store to the time we left we felt that we were the only ones in the store. Paul, the salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable and this helped us choose the correct mattresses that we required, without his help we would have had difficulty in finding the mattresses that suited our needs.

Helped us pick the mattress for our bed frame took the time to understand what we needed. Made sure we were happy with the mattress by letting us have time to try it out and make sure we would be comfortable. Very knowledgable with regards to all the mattresses.
