From the moment we stepped into Yeovil DREAMS store we were met with a very friendly and well qualified Saleswoman named Kim who understood our requirements immediately. Kim showed and demonstrated to us different product model options that we were interested in and discussed colours, price,delivery proceedure. Our shopping experience at Dreams was excellent with professional service and great products. We are looking forward to the delivery of our new Contour Supreme remote adjustable bed.

From the very begfining staff were very friendly not just with each other but with all the customers making the environment very relaxed to be in, I almost forgot I was shopping, shopping can be stressful at the best of times but this experience was the opposite. Kim and Dom were extremely helpful and full of knowlege, giving me the time I needed without rushing me or forcing a sale out of me and I left very happy with a new white bed and natural mattress and a latex pillow that worked a dream last night. Kim even helped me decide on the bed after showing pictures of the room as I was undecided on three different colours.

The lady was very helpful and knowledgeable. She took her time to understand our requirements. She was very easy to talk to and friendly.

Good customer service. Was approached quickly but allowed to wander round when I told them I was having a look. Available when I did need them and had good product knowledge and quick to wrap up the sale.

When visiting i was approached straight away where i asked for the matress i wanted as was explained exactly how each worked and the prices between them . I asked for a bit of thinking time and they left us without bothering us but they were still available for any questions. I decided on the better quality one and was served straight away and given a quick delivery time . Even after leaving shop i was updated all the way with email and texts to update on my order . Couldn't ask for a better shopping experience
