the assistant who dealt with us was polite, friendly and knowledgable and whilst she was, undoubtedly, "selling" we did not find her approach off-putting.

The customer service was brilliant. Emily was extremely thorough with all relevant information and explained different types of mattresses and how they all vary, what was best for my needs. She offered all services that were necessary and did not try to sell me anything and everything! Really appreciated her honesty. She made myself and my daughter a lovely cup of coffee and made us feel very welcome! Would highly recommend to others.

The sales assistant was lovely, helpful & knowledgeable. The mattress we wanted wasn't available in store, but an alternative was found & offered, which we accepted gladly. The sales assistant is a real credit to Dreams, she was fab with myself & my son!

Everything was just as i expected could have done with another person in the shop though.

KIm was extremely helpful as well as being very knowledgeable. There was nothing that she did hot know about mattresses. She also recommended what she felt was right for us and not the most expensive mattress. She was very pleasant to deal and I cannot commend her more highly. She is an outstanding employee who i am sure will go far.

Dominic at Dreams Yeovil had excellent knowledge of the products in store and was very helpful in assisting us with our decision. Very competent and pleasant to deal with.

The store was well laid out and we could easily try out the products. The sales assistant was available whenever we needed her but never tried to pressurise us into buying anything but answered all our questions and gave us lots of useful advice. Delivery options were easily dealt with and the friendliness and kindness of the sales assistant made it a really lovely experience. We were allowed as much time as we needed to make up our minds and felt that nothing was too much trouble.

We were greeted upon entering the store, asked if we required any assistance, when we answered 'just looking' we were allowed to wander undisturbed (apart from being offered, and accepting, tea or coffee). When assistance was required Dominic was extremely helpful and knowledgable. We felt no pressure to purchase today, but when we did the process was quick and thorough (confirming our selection at each stage).
