Dreams - Yeovil

We actually started off not overly impressed when greeted by a friendly but slightly awkward man when we entered the shop. Rather than trying to immediately engage us in conversation 'is this your first visit to Dreams?' we would prefer a simple hello, can I help you (No we're just looking thanks) just let me know if you need anything at all less salesy approach. However, the shop was clean and welcoming. The reason that we are rating the experience highly satisfied is that we were so impressed with the manager Kim who dealt with us once we went and asked her a question. She was engaging and friendly and answered our questions with obvious knowledge (without boring us!) To be brief, we don't automatically warm much to sales people, however, in the space of about 20 minutes Kim took us from looking at the cheaper end of foam mattresses to finding us our dream mattress and pillows. In fact the words she said were "would you like me to find you the mattress that will make you feel loveliest?" I dutifully followed entirely expecting to go back later to the one we had already l seen - only to find it felt utterly fabulous along with two new pillows - can't believe it! Thank you.

Dom who served us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Emily was fantastic, her knowledge was exceptional and her friendly manner made us feel so comfortable. We have cancelled an order with another supplier due to their lack of knowledge, quality of item and customer service skills, we were annoyed at ourselves that we did not use dreams in the first place. The reason we did not use dreams was the shocking store you have in bournemouth, it was so small and untidy, the yeovil branch was completely different. I think you lose a lot of business to Bensons because of your bournemouth store.

The assistant called Kim was very helpful in all ways helping us 100 percent with our purchase

The sales team were friendly, knowledgeable, funny, charming and listened to our needs. I couldn't of wished for better service from the 2 ladies.

I was served immediately by a lovely lady called Kim and she offered impartial advise about which product to buy and even reminded me of another thing I needed which I would've otherwise forgotten ! The transaction was pleasant from start to finish.

I didn't think I would Be able to afford anything in dreams to be honest but I plucked up the courage to come and look as I was sleeping so badly. Emily in the Yeovil store was so kind, made me a cup of tea and really understood my budget and that I needed something I could take away that day. She talked me through all the options and helped me find something both available and affordable

The assistant Shelly was very knowledgeable and she is extremely efficient. Our needs were not your usual...we needed a mattress to a specific size.
