Dreams - Yeovil

Had the bed that I wanted in store so I could see before ordering and look at the two colours available. Staff friendly and easy and quick to order with a planned delivery date that suited me. Expensive for having someone build the bed most other beds I was looking at ordering quoted £40 but store obviously had no choice over that!

The assistant was friendly, professional and knowledgeable in helping my daughter choose her bed.

Excellent care from staff, very attentative. Very informative and helped us understand what we needed to look for and what was less important. Gave us great information that led us to having a much more informed choice when it came to purchase. Very friendly, we were greeted at the door, given the health and safety guidelines and left to browse until we were ready for help. Overall an incredibly positive customer experience, would highly recommend to anyone in our area.

I originally came to the Yeovil Dreams store on 29.06.21 to view and test out a mattress that I had seen online. The member of staff that helped me for the duration of the time that I was at the store was a member of staff called Bradley. Bradley showed great customer service skills throughout, including great communication, active listening, concise instructions, patience and problem solving. He had great knowledge of an array of mattresses and he suggested I try the sleep match machine so we can narrow down the results of mattresses that may be suitable. Following this, I was shown different mattresses to try and he left me and my sister to it while I was deciding. He came over to ask if I needed any assistance which was useful. Once I had chosen a mattress, he offered other cover available for the mattress and the service which could take my old mattress away. When we were at the tills, he then explained and showed my order on the screen. He also pointed out the contact details of the store, and said should I have any queries about my order, do not hesitate to contact them. Overall, a great experience at the store and very happy with the service provided.

Went in looking for a mattress and a staff member greeted me and showed me all the best options after having the machine examine me. First one they showed me was the perfect one for me!

The staff at the Yeovil branch Where so helpful and we came in close to the end of the day and they really made us feel no need to rush and more than happy to help , amazing team I bought my mattress because of the service, instead of going else where Bradley and the woman manager where such a great team.

We were highly satisfied by the knowledge of the assistant after we had been 'sleep assessed' on the instore equipment . she talked us through the results and led us to items in the store that were compatible with our needs. She was knowledgeable and helpful when going through the buying options and when we placed our order.

I was highly satisfied with my experience with dreams because the store has the testing equipment for the right mattress and the professional assistance offered by the staff which was highly preoccupied to maintain a safe space during my visit .
