Dreams - Yeovil

The staff couldn't have been more kind or helpful. I was very impressed as my wife suffers with M.E and fibro and one of the staff called Kim knew all about the illness and was very understanding and helped us decide on the right mattress . On our 2nd visit Emily was very helpful and patient with us. She has a great sense of humour and we all had a laugh whilst trying out the products. We were offered a drink whilst doing the paper work wish I thought was a nice touch. We are looking forward to receiving our new mattress.

The assistant was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. She asked if we would like assistance & if we had been a customer of Dreams before. As we had not been a previous customer she proceeded to inform us of the system and choices available. My wife & I were very impressed and we were happy to be shown the products available.

The assistant immediately recognised our needs and guided us to the appropriate items.

Ladie was very helpful didn't have to wait long to be seen and went though everything when I brought my mattress

Dan was very knowledgeable, and took time to listen and to offer advice.

I came to the store to look at a bed that I had seen on line and was very pleased when i saw it.

Nice not to be pestered on arrival but great attentive service when asked.

The service was very good, Kim was very informative and helpful

The only problem was a slow computer - but that is technology not a human error.
