Dreams - Yeovil

We were served by Emily who immediately greeted us as we entered the store. We knew what we wanted and she made sure to get our order sorted. Once we mentioned the mattress we were buying she enquired as to whether we had tried it, we hadn't, Emily then proceeded to make sure that we tested the mattress we were buying with the correct pillows, enquiring out sleeping positions to ensure we get the best mattress for our style of sleep, she even offered alternatives to try and managed to sell us a better mattress without being pushy, she introduced us to the mattress and how we should test it and then left us to our own devices. There weren't any pushy sales tactics, just showing the quality of the products and what we needed. During the sale she was incredibly chatty and made the sale a dream.

Kim was great, qualified our needs in a friendly manner then made genuine recommendations. This came across very well and not "salesy"

Friendly and helpful staff, very knowledgeable about sleep positions, firmness of mattresses in relation to back or hip problems, etc. We were not hurried in our choice or pressurised in any way. In so much as shopping can be pleasurable, this was!

KIM AND DOM WERE BOTH HELPFUL AND CONSIDERED OUR REQUIREMENTS BEFORE THEY OFFERED ADVICE AFTER WE HAD NARROWED DOWN OUR NEEDS.

There was a wide range of stock. Dominic was knowledgeable and listened to our requirements, helping us through the options available to us

The female, Emily was very helpful and attentive. She answered all our questions very adequately and we were very satisfied with her explanations to our questiions. My wife and I were very impressed with the assistant and found her very helpful and willing to help in any way possible. Many thanks.
