Dreams - Yeovil

This is the second bed/mattress bought from Dreams, I think that speaks for itself.

Kim the store assistant was highly knowledgeable, answered questions well but then also gave us time to peruse. I think she also sold our son a bed earlier in the year. I remembered her friendly nature from then. We were offered coffee and given a fresh pillow plus advice on other offers, mattress protectors, extra cover etc, but all in a non pressurised way. She couldn't have been more helpful!

very easy purchase

The staff were very helpfull, we had been to another bed shop and they were not very helpfull at all like yourselfs. The staff were 1st class and we also had a coffee from one of the staff team which was very nice while we made up our minds which item to buy.

Sean, the salesperson was very friendly, helpful and very professional

We called into the Yeovil shop. We were greeted by very pleasant lady who directed us to the area we need to be. She then sent over another member of staff who could help us, and advise us on the different matresses. We spent quite a long time choosing, all the time there was a member of staff available to answer our questons. We chose a matress and Sean was a big help answering all our questons and finalising our sale.

We were greeted on arrival and then handed over to a bed expert who took us through every option. I felt our needs were really listened too.

Assistant called Dom was very good at his role. He made us feel comfortable whilst also going us time and information on the products available.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and good value for money.
