We were given an overall really good experience and made to feel very valuable.

Dom helped us on our first visit so we returned especially to see him because he had been very helpful but not at all pushy. A very genuine manner. The lady that welcomed us to the store today offered us tea and coffee. Dom was there today to take our order and as before very nice to deal with.

Our overall experience in the Yeovil store was exceptional. Bridgette performed her role as Meeter & Greeter superbly and introduced us to Sean to discuss a choice of mattress and to complete the paperwork. Whilst we were doing this, Bridgette organised tea for my father-in-law and myself, which was much appreciated. The credit arrangements were completed quickly and after signing the documentation, we selected a delivery date to suit our requirements. We were advised that we would receive a fee mattress protector, which would be posted to our home address. The service we received could not have been bettered- thank you!

It was a reluctant shopping trip that we had tried to solve online without success. The Dreams shop and staff made it an easy, smooth and successful shopping trip which was a relief. The staff, particularly Sean who finally dealt with our order, were delightful and helpful and we chose, bought and were out in record time - despite store being busy.

We were met immediately by a polite, friendly member of staff who was careful to identify the nature of our visit. As we were purchasing for children and adults, the sales assistant's product knowledge was very reassuring and helpful. She was attentive to our needs and helped us select what she felt would be the most appropriate choice. At no time did we feel pressured to buy, rather we were left feeling the sales assistant had given us the best deal possible. They also took the time to offer us all drinks and gave us space whilst we made our decision.

This was my second visit to a bed shop my first visit, I left confused and bemused by numbers. On entering your store today we were greeted with a warm welcome. Having worked in retail for many years I shy away from a hard sell. We were given the opportunity to be pointed in the right direction, or taken through a journey. From being talked through pillows to establishing the right firmness of bed for us. We were given time to breath throughout the sale, but also Emily and Kim were around to answer questions. Once we had worked out what was right for us we were talked through care packages and delivery in a non pushy way. We are now eagerly awaiting the delivery of our new mattress. Overall a pleasant shopping experience

We were welcomed by Bridget who told us all about the colour coordination which was really helpful and also offered tea and coffee whilst looking around. EMILY who placed the order was very friendly and made it very easy for us to place an order.
