Dreams - Yeovil

The first assistant - still learning - but was able to give me plenty of information about the various beds and she explained the colour coding very well but said she would pass me on to an experienced colleague when I was ready. The second assistant was excellent and obviously new th eproduct well. At no time did I feel hurried into making a decision about which bed to select. I was encouraged to try various beds before arriving at a choice. Very reassuring but professional.

Friendly greeting when entering the store. Excellent product knowledge. The various mattress types explained. The general feeling of being a valued customer coupled with not feeling rushed into any purchase. It was a very pleasant experience.

Sales assistant very helpful and prices reasonable

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and efficient. She seemed to really care that we were given all the right information. The range of mattresses was good and gave us plenty of choice

All the staff who helped us made a real effort to ensure that we understood the range of options for beds and mattresses, but did not pressure us to buy. Excellent personal service!

Very satisfied with all the help we had even though we took ages deciding and we came back two days later to amend the order, also for the tea and coffee and the lady that looked after our children while we sorted everything out.

The lady that helped us find our perfect mattress was great she had loads of knowledge and helped us with deals and other information! Really happy we found the best mattress, pillows and protectors for a great price, even with my fussy son and partner! We are all satisfied. Thankyou.

Today we were served and assisted by 3 members of staff at the Yeovil store. Their names were Bridget, Monique and Kim. Both Bridget and Monique are trainees, my wife and I found these members of staff to be very helpful, polite and caring. We were welcomed in to the store by Bridget who instantly made us a hot drink. She then talked us through the differed mattresses that Dreams offer. She listened to our needs and then pointed us in to the direction of the different mattresses to try out. We found Bridget to be very knowledgeable of the products and very helpful. Were were then served by Monique, she talked us through pricing and fetched us some specific pillows to further enhance our trial experience on our chosen mattress. Again my wife and I found this member of staff very helpful. She focused on our needs and address them accordingly. Finally we completed our purchase with Kim because we paid using finance and neither Bridget or Monique were trained to complete finance purchases. Our visit to Dreams Yeovil was very pleasant and we felt instantly welcomed in to the store.
