The service was outstanding and Kim was brilliant and very helpful

Monique was very friendly and helpful. No pressure was put on me to purchase anything more expensive. Showroom was clean and staff friendly.

Bridget who popped over when we arrived told us how the store worked then spoke to a colleague, who turned out to be Emily and she made sure we received her advice. They were both honest, friendly and made us feel that we could have as little or as much of their time as we liked. They presented a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Emily has clear excellent product knowledge, and was very confident with it. Her execution of the sale suited us brilliantly and we wouldn't hesitate speaking specifically to her when needing anything in the future. We are sure all the staff at the Yeovil branch are excellent but we would recommend her.

Bridget welcomed at the door and offered us coffee or tea. She helped us to short-list the most suitable beds and then passed us on the Emily who was apparently more experienced in the technical mattress information we required. We were guided through the process very professionally and we felt confident that she knew what she was talking about!

The staff were very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. We were offered a hot drink on entering the store. We were allowed to view & try the products without any pressure and the staff were able to answer all the questions we had.

Kim that helped us was so patient with us , explaining everything to us properly .

Very helpful in selecting the best mattress as I currently wake up every morning with back acne. Very helpful with which ones to try, wasn't rushed at all

Layout of the shop was very easy to find what we wanted. Help was given very well. Greeted at the door and offered a hot drink on arrival.We were served by Kim who was very knowledgeable. The lady who greeted us was very helpful as well,forgot to get her name.
