Sean provided great customer service, including a much-needed cup of tea! He took his time to understand our needs and gave us the space we needed to come to a decision. A great salesperson - friendly, focused and helpful.

We were greeted and welcomed by numerous staff on arrival, we then proceeded to explain what we wanted and were shown a number of options and detailed explanation of products, Monique was on hand to help and she gave us time alone to talk and try out the products.. Our experience was a very good one, we were offered tea and coffee which was very welcome... can't praise the staff enough really Kim arranged the finance, was very efficient and explained our options clearly, all done without any fuss.. now can't wait to get our new bed.. thank you

Given time to have a look around first and then was approached if we needed any help and then given more time to still carry on looking without being hassled. Knowledge from staff was very good and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff polite and very well informed about the various products. They were happy to spend time explaining details of the product with us. Very nice coffee. Store well laid out with wide range of beds to choose from. We had looked online but trying them at the store enabled us to make the best choice for us.

The store was very busy when we attended and staff were with other customers so my husband and I started to look at and test mattresses ourselves. Before making a decision however we were able to speak to Kim who took time to make sure we'd narrowed our search for the most suitable mattress and give us further time and advice. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and thorough, discerning our particular needs. We spent slightly more than we had anticipated but knew it was the right choice and good value in the sale.

Emily was very friendly and helpful. We visited the store a few times trying out the mattresses before we made our purchase we did not feel pressured into making a decision . Looking forward to the mattress arriving.

The staff were friendly, patient and knowledgeable regarding the product we were buying and I felt very at ease trying the different types of mattresses.
