Very friendly staff. Staff member Sean was very knowledgable, approachable and extremely helpful. Gave me different quotes for various beds and was happy to help. Stayed on past 6pm (store closure time) to finialise my order.

We anticipated purchasing a mattress this spring, having seen the advertisement for the sale we decided to take the plunge. We had no preconceived idea as to the price of a new mattress and did not let this interfere with out decision. We were greeted on entry to the store and allowed to look around on our own for some time before being approached by a member of staff, Sean. His patience with us and his product knowledge made the decision relatively easy, although we did dither somewhat! I trust all your staff are as helpful and courteous as we have experienced.

We had an excellent experience ordering a new mattress. I needed something comfortable because of my back and neck problems. The assistants, Dom and Emily, were both brilliant in their advice and product knowledge and understood exactly where I needed the support and the best mattresses for this. We felt very welcome and were given refreshments while we completed the transaction. We were also talked through the bedcover plan and removal of our existing mattress. We had a very smooth transaction and felt really listened to, and I would happily recommend anyone to visit Yeovil Dreams.

Emily the store colleague took time to understand what I was after. She was able to clearly explain the pros and cons of different types of mattresses. She helped me understand better what would work for me which was important as I wasn't sure of the exact type of mattress I needed. The process was very sales pressure free. Plenty of time to look around on my own to try different types. Excellent help after I'd made a shortlist to help me finalise my purchase. Efficient paperwork preparation. Overall time extremely well spent to get the right mattress for the next 5/8 years.
