Mainly because of the store attendant (Dom) who was incredibly helpful and knowledghable but not overly pushy or salesy. He came across genuinely enthused by the products and interested in the challenge of responding to our requirements and needs.

very helpful and polite, it was quiet when we arrived so did have their full attention still very happy so far (mattress has not arrived yet)

The sales assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the goods

We were greeted on entering the store by Kim who was freindly, patient and very knowledgeable. She helped us pick the right mattress for us, gave us a great deal and provided a decent cup of tea.

Requested a certain size of bed and was shown ones to suit my request

Could not fault the service or product purchased in any way. The store was well laid out and the assistant, Monique, couldn’t have been more helpful,polite and friendly. Such a pleasant experience.

from the moment we walked in we were greeted by Dom who asked if we required any help. He listened to my daughters needs and budget and was extremley informative.he then gave us some time alone in store (with a cup of tea) to discuss the options. We had a 4 year old with us and dom provided her with books and colouring to entertain her (great idea) He then spoke in detail about payment options to help my daughter spread the cost. Excellent customer service a credit to the Yeovil branch not at all pushy.

Monique was very helpful and this probably lead us to making a purchase that we might not otherwise have done

The assistant Sean had good product knowledge and was very polite. There was no hard sell and we were provided hot drinks and really made to feel comfortable and valued.
