Dreams - Yeovil

It was a pleasure to walk into Dreams Yeovil. We were greeted by an a very please assistant (Monique) who help us very well with our concerns and questions and gave us time to decide our product choice. This was followed by a very easy and equally reassuring experience at the purchase stage.

We were approached as soon as we arrived to ask if we needed help in finding our intended purchase ,whilst both members of staff assisted with enquiries about the item at different times within the visit.Demonstration of how easy to make single bed into king size which pretty much sealed the deal .

The sales person couldn't have been more helpful, she knew the products and how to demonstrate them for us. The quality of the display bed seemed excellent.

Emily at the Yeovil branch was extremely helpful and had a professional approach. Excellent customer care, nothing was too much trouble.

The level of knowledge of the assistant (Dom) was excellent, he was helpful, friendly and seemed genuinely interested in our needs

Dom was extremely helpful & knowlegable , we were given tea & enough time to try as many beds as we liked, as we only went to look & ended up buying practically the most expensive bed in the store he did very well, but at no time did we feel pressured, very happy with the service, Thankyou Dom

We were met by a very nice and well qualified girl who listened to us and then showed us what we sought. She answered our questions, gave us a good choice and did not hurry us. A very satisfactory shopping experience.

Highly satisfied because we finded everything what we looked for. We spend more than we expected but we're very satisfied. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Without them this experience could be disaster.

We visited the store in Yeovil twice, the first occasion to test the mattresses we were thinking of purchasing and then to purchase it. We had also visited the store in Croyden to test the mattress we had chosen to just double check. On all three occasions, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. On the first occasion in Yeovil we were served by Monique and she was really helpful, showing us different options based on our need, giving us special pillows to use and letting us lie and test the mattresses for as long as we wanted. We had great fun! When ordering the mattress I was served by Emily. I was offered a cup of tea/coffee which was great, I declined as I was heading home for one otherwise I would have had one. Both staff were very friendly and chatty and Emily went through all the paperwork thoroughly. Excellent shopping experience!

I was allowed time to browse before the shop assistant asked if I needed help. He showed me what I could afford and how I could mix the bed frame with a mattress. He was helpful, polite and knowledgeable. He was quick and efficient at the time of sale.
