Dreams - Yeovil

We went to Dreams to research a new bed and quickly decided to buy one. This is primarily because Emily took such good care to listen and interpret our needs and at the same time left us alone enough to discuss the products. She is very tactful and helpful, knowledgeable and proactive. We are looking forward to sleeping in our new bed and can't wait for it to arrive.

The Assistant was attentive but not 'in your face' and the offer of coffee while paperwork was completed was welcome and good service. I have answered highly satisfied with the product but that is, of course, ahead of delivery and trying it out but it looked good and the mechanism to open (ottoman) worked easily and smoothly.

The young guy Dom in the Yeovil Store was very pleasant, honest and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy and gave us time and space to process the info he had given us. Took time to ask what we were looking for in a mattress and listened to what we said. Even made us a cup of coffee and a glass of squash for our little girl. I think he believes in the mattress he sold us and that it will help me with my joint and back problems. Great service and will use again and recommend to friends and family. Very friendly staff who were knowledgeable about the products I was asking about. Both members of staff who served me were extremely helpful. Overall very happy with the products and quality of the bed I purchased. Store accessible and easy to get around in a Wheelchair, staff were keen to help.

Looking for a single bed for a third bedroom and was shown a 2'6" model we didnot know you could get.

We dealt with Dom at the Yeovil store. He was very helpful and gave excellent, impartial advice. We were also pleased to be offered hot drinks while we waited.
