Dreams - Yeovil

Kim and Emily went over and beyond all expectations today, they were truly two of the kindest people I have met, Kim especially. I have been let down twice by another company, and my new bed should of been delivered yesterday ready for my arrival from Hospital, but yet again no bed, and I was made to sleep on the floor on a mattress, now Im registered disabled with a rare brain disease, and had just had my 10th Lumbar Puncture, I wont lie following a phonecall from the other company to say the bed would be another 10 wait - I was emotional on arrival to your Yeovil store, Kim was amazing, consoled me, said we can sort it out and she got me a bed for this evening so I have purchased and have a new bed all within a few hours, Emily too was so kind making me a cup of tea, they truly were so caring and compassionate, going from the most shocking customer service to these two was just brilliant, and I am truly grateful to them both, being ill is bad enough but ill and no bed was awful. Thank you

We felt comfortable with our experience. Assistance was provided but we did not feel pressured. All questions were answered efficiently and clearly. We were able to browse at our leisure and make our own informed decision.

The lady who helped me was friendly, had great knowledge of the product and was sensitive to my needs. She made me a cup of tea and didn't hurry me at all. I felt at ease.

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, giving us plently of time and assistance whilst we decided on the perfect bed and mattress. Dom in particular was helpful and even offered me a glass of water as i had a bad cough.

We were shown and advised the best product for us which we were happy with. When purchasing something you will be using for at least 8 hours a day you need the best advice and best product that is available but also affordable.

I used the Peel Centre store at Yeovil, which is easy to access. The store is clean, well laid out and the staff are well informed and knowledgeable. I was never hurried over my decision and the staff were patient. All my questions about the items I decided to buy were answered to my entire satisfaction. The person who I dealt with was Dominic and my wife and I are certain to return to this store.

Kim was very attentive to my family needs, very knowledgeable and provided excellent advise. She was also very patient with me as at times I was a bit indecisive with color etc. she explained all of the terms and conditions in detail. By the way the pillows she recommended are awesome!! We believe we got good value for our money and it was an awesome shopping experience (this is also coming from my husband who hates to shop) Kim is a great asset to your company! The lady who served us (Emily ) was very attentive but not pushy , she listened to us & answered our questions readily & with confdence . We even changed our mind on the matress we were going to purchase when Emily pointed us to try a matress that we had overlooked , it was somewhat more expensive than the one we had set our minds on but Emily explained that the product is British made using all natural material , her knowledge of the company was knowledgeable , we were even offered a drink by anouther colleague Overall our experience was very pleasant & im looking forwards to the delivery of our matress that is being delivered in only 3 weeks , Emily had said the delivery was usually 5 weeks so we were very pleased indeed !
