Dreams - Yeovil

I was looked after beautifully from entering the store to even being helped to the station with a blow up bed.

Satisfied with the bed I bought it matches the other one which was the idea as I needed another double bed;assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable with the mattresses.

We visited the Yeovil store at a quiet time. Emily allowed me to browse the type of mattress I thought I wanted but when I was in need of assistance she was there. Her knowledge made me completely re-think my mattress purchase. She was so helpful but not at all pushy. I ended up spending more than I had planned but I know I have got a great product that will enhance my sleep. I complemented the mattress with the purchase of a new pillow. I'm waiting for mattress delivery but the pillow is making a marked difference to my sleep already!

Emily met and greeted us with a professional approach Ascertained my problem then presented products in a professional manner. Cannot praise her enough for the way she handled the transaction. When we decide to purchase it then went a trifle over the top.. We were asked if we wanted to extend the warranty period which we declined on to be told she was going to tell us about it anyway. Our eyes glazed over after a few minutes. This was followed by production of masses of paper in three packages all of which the items upon were gone through despite ear package, in essence, being the same. At his time we both switched of and wanting to get away. We do not consider this the Emily's fault as he must be under some instruction form HQ to go through this procedure come what may. To improve customer relations it would benefit future customers being spared a marathon and also saving Emily's voice for the next customer. Would purchase in future bu t advise whoever was serving me to omit all the trivia over and over again. You are fortunate in having Emily working for you who could not have been more professional had she tried

Any questions we had were answered comprehensively and we felt fully confident to make our purchase.

Very impressed with Emily at Yeovil's product knowledge and willingness to spend time with us while we chopped and changed our minds. Emily was very patient and able to make useful recommendations. We also didn't feel under pressure to buy.

Assistant explained all the benefits of each mattress and allowed us the time to make up our minds, and wasn't too pushy, just enough to make sure we were fully aware of the differences. Offered us coffee too.

Kim was very helpful, friendly and polite throughout our transaction. Answered all the questions we asked, and we did not feel pressured at any time. Included a lovely mug of tea . Would definitely visit the Yeovil store again, and would recommend to family and friends.

There were plenty of beds and mattresses to view and try out. Plenty of information available relating to all the products. Our customer service assistant was excellent. Her name is Kim. She was friendly, helpful but not at all pushy, and was very knowledgeable.

Emily made sure we selected the most appropriate mattress, by taking us to other beds and making sure we tested them in the correct manner
