Th a staff were well manerd, well informed about the bedding and very smart.

I was looking for a replacement mattress and wanted one which would hopefully alleviate my back pain at night. The staff were helpful and understanding and I particularly liked the special computerised bed which told me what I should be looking for! It made it very much easier to choose a mattress within ten minutes.

Great level of service. Super helpful. Very informative. Also a huge amount of patience - due to us having to contact a third party in regards to our product we were buying.

It was a very pleasant experience . Member of staff Emily was very friendly not at all pushy. Was very knowledgeable of the products on offer.

As there was so many different mattresses to choose from , without the help of your very helpful friendly staff, I would not of had a clue, with the understanding of your staff to my needs . I feel they guided me through it well.

We were welcomed into the store by Kim. She was very understanding and asked us what we were looking for in a bed..we explained what we had in mind. Kim showed us different beds and levels of firmness. We were invited to try out various levels to enable us to look for our 'comfortable bed'. She introduced us to the computerised bed and this helped us to make our decision. Kim was very knowledgeable and she was able to help us to make our decision. The ordering process was easy and very quick. We believe that we have purchased our perfect bed. We also noticed the ex-display guest beds. We had thought of these as we have a mid-sized bedroom that will benefit from the under-bed scenario, as it will give us quite a lot of extra room when only one guest is staying. Kim was able to give us good information and we purchased the display model. We are very pleased with the purchases. The delivery is due in less than two weeks. We are very pleased!! Thanks to Kim for her help!!
