Dreams - Redditch

My experience at dreams bed Redditch was a pleasure from the moment I walked into the shop, Sandra the lady who greeted me was lovely very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, she helped me with all my questions and gave excellent advice on all my needs.

Steve greeted us as soon as we arrived. We have shopped at Dreams before and received previous experience resulted in a return visit to buy another mattress.

Barry the manager was extremely helpful without eing too pushy.we were soon trying out all the recommende mattresses and felt very pleased We were offered refreshments whilst in store,and had a very pleasant experiance.

The bed that measured our needs was brilliant and the quality and quantity of bed was excellent. The staff member who helped us excellent too.

Great service and friendly team. Gave us plenty of info on products and costs etc and gave us time to think and discuss. Was not pushy or too intrusive and allowed us to make our own decisions without up selling.

I was greeted by Geoff, who was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Geoff offered me a drink and took me through the process of the sleep match to help make sure I had the right mattress for me. I found the Covid-19 precautions taken by the Goeff and the the colleagues to be very satisfactory. I would like to thank Geoff for his excellent customer care skills.
