Noel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We didn’t measure first for our new bed and had to return the next day to change our choice (our original choice would not have fitted in our room) Noel was again on hand to assist and show us similar styles that would be more suitable. He is a very friendly gentleman with exceptional customer service

We had not been into a shop since end of March and were naturally a little concerned. There was hand sanitizer at the door of the shop so that was good. I was offered a covering for the pillow when I tried the bed. I was asked to take this covering with me. I would have preferred a clean piece for each bed as I did not remember which side I had used - but no matter! The salesman was helpful and kept a safe distance
