the person who served me was Barrett. I asked if he would be able to move the mattress i had selected to the bed frame i had chosen as it was an ottorman, so i could see how heavy it was to lift up. Barrett carried out my request with respect and a smile. He also was patient with me while i wanted to choose pillows and continue to browse for the right frame and answered all of my questions politely, I was extremely satisfied with the service i received. I was made a cup of tea as well.

Visited Croydon store was dealt with by Noel, very friendly and advise us on what mattress we required, he also assistance on the 2 bed frames we brought.. excellent service. I’ve now had the beds delivered and built by Adam and another fitter, they were very helpful and professional, built both beds and cleared up after them, overall very pleased by the service I have had from dreams and would defiantly recommend dreams to family and friends....
