Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable without being remotely pushy and took the time to understand my circumstances with very helpful solutions. Couldn’t fault him at all.

Tyrell was excellent. Really welcoming and accomodating. Took the time to explain everything to us given we hadn't shopped for a mattress before. He showed us the sleep machine and even offered us a bottle of water. He came across as a very friendly and intelligent young man - really impressed with him and his quality of service, care and attention.

I was just looking to make enquiries about a new mattress. But after talking to the sales assistant, who was very polite and informative, and was made aware that the mattress I required was actually in stock, and could take it there and then, I was more than pleased, after weeks of uncomfortable sleep. The whole process from entering the store, and leaving with the mattress took no more about 20mins. So I was more than happy.
