We went into the stare not knowing what make/model of beds we wanted. told Michael the store colleague that came to help us that we need beds with lost of storage. ans that one was for a small room so were unable to have draws on both sides as it would be up against. Michael straight away said I can help you I will show you a few different models now. he got pillows made sure they were clean and wrapped for safety. He helped us with the different types of mattresses and we tried a few to see what we likes. There was no rush and when we told Michael to give us 5 minutes to talk alone he said no problem I will be back in a bit. while looking around on our own another colleague came to ask if we needed any help. There was no pressure on buying the most expensive bed and Michael understood when we said can you please show us only middle of range for the mattresses straight away he said can I show you one of the best sellers as it on special at the moment. could not have asked for better service.
