I haven't been in the market for a high quality bed before, so I was unsure of what it was that I was looking for. The assistant Michael was brilliant! He walked me through how to use the Sleepmatch, which told me the mattresses that were best suited to my needs. He then gave me plenty of time to try out each mattress and explained what was in each one. Michael was extremely patient with me whilst I went back and forwards between each mattress trying to determine which one I liked best. Michael even offered my mum and I a drink whilst we shopped which was a lovely surprise. My experience at this store was made so simple and I am extremely satisfied with the bed that I purchased. For that I want to thank Michael, without him, my experience would've been a lot more stressful.
