VERY friendly staff, attentive and knowledgable but also gave us space and time to browse. Loved the machine that checks which mattress is best for you.

Store assistant was friendly and knowledgeable.

Sales person very attentive when they through sleep monitor / suitable mattress selection. Resulted in choosing alternative mattress to that originally looked for.

The salesperson Rosa was very attentive and informative whilst being patient and not pushy.

Diane was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions even the stupid ones.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Dreams thanks to Barret. Within seconds of walking into the store he welcomed us and was more than happy to assist us. Not only did he thoroughly explain the differences between the bed frames but he also made sure that he fully understood our needs with a mattress to select the best fit. He even made time amongst all this to make us a drink! We couldn’t be happier with the service so thank you Dreams and Barret!

We were greeted by Barret when we entered the store. He took us to the sleepmatch machine which was amazing, he talked us through the whole process, got us a hot drink and Helped us choose the perfect bed and mattress
