Noel from the Croydon valley park store was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. He had excellent product knowledge and assisted me straight away with advice and queries.

We were welcomed to the store by Barret who was simply brilliant. He was knowledgeable, on-hand but not overbearing and extremely polite. We were initially skeptical of the dreams mattress matching process but Barret made the whole experience, even with the added COVID measures, straightforward and worthwhile. We walked away content with our purchase.
