We knew exactly what we were looking for when we visited the store & were welcomed by a very friendly and knowledgeable member of staff. He took us directly to the product we wanted, as well as offering us additional products that we also purchased. He offered us a drink and was very professional, helpful and efficient.

The staff member was very attentive and assisted and advised on a number of options that might have been suitable. He was very patient while all these options were tried even going back to some to compare directly. The store was quite warm and with having to wear masks made it uncomfortable after a while but the heating was turned down and i was offered and given a bottle of water which i felt was good service overall from all the staff to ensure that customers were as happy and comfortable as possible.
