Was greeted by a member of staff, following social distancing rules. Then tried the sleep match which gave us more of an idea which mattress we would be better off choosing. The member of staff offered us a bottle of water and showed us a few different mattresses matching our needs. We tested the beds laying down with the staff member talking us through the product details and price. He allowed us time to speak through our options and to browse the bed frames once we made a decision we returned to the member of staff who then spoke through the payment and delivery. Friendly member of staff made conversation and was happy to help.

Michael was the sole reason that we bought our mattress from Dreams as we were not intending on purchasing that day.
