Well from the moment we walked through the door we had assistance he was very welcoming and helpful he offered us tea or coffee which I thought was a very nice touch it was just an all round great experience

We were shown the 'dream machine' by a fab colleague Barret in the Purley Way store, Croydon. Barret provided us with pillows and hygiene covers, and showed us all the mattresses the machine recommended and was excellent at answering all our questions. Barret offered us tea and coffee, and had an excellent experience placing our order with Barret. He was really rather fabulous and genuine rather than being all salesy like you sometimes get. He was excellent at following the covid guidelines, and we definitely felt safe during the process. 10/10 will recommend going to see Barret at Dreams Purley Way.
