Micheal had excellent customer care skills and he knew the products extremely well! It was a pleasure doing business with him. He made everything very easy!

I hadn't intended to buy a bed at this visit, just simply to have to looksie of what was available, but when your representative guided me through your customer procedure, I was very impressed. Didn't I wish many more retail outlets adopted similar principles for their customers. I had just come from Boots before going to your shop. I was surprised how poor their shop was set out - no indication where the product I wanted was stored - I covered the whole floor space. The staff were in absentia. I had to go to the dispencerie for assistance. The only adverse comment I could make about my experience in Dreams was that I couldn't find your front door easily. Hardly a major problem though .

The lovely man that helped us made sure we were always comfortable and he offered us drinks a few times which was very nice of him as some places do not do this. He wasn’t pushy with any products and wanted us to try a vast variety of mattresses ranging in price once we had got the diagnosis from the amazing mattress machine.

The reason I was highly satisfied was as soon as I walked in I was approached by a member of your team who helped me through the whole process, I knew which bedframe I wanted anyway I just needed to see it with my own eyes but also wanted if possible to do the sleep match machine as I also wanted to purchase a mattress as well which the sale member helped me do which was very helpful, the sales member who helped me was not only helpful but was genuinely friendly, didn’t just feel like he wanted to make a sale, also good with some humour, and a little extra discount, this is the second bed I have purchased from dreams now and the first my daughter is going to have when I receive my new one, my first bed was an oak frame bed which is still perfect.
