It’s highly satisfied because the service was fantastic welcoming the customer and showed different types of mattress and helped out without getting annoyed with what we were asking for .tried to help and give exactly what we want to take home.

Despite only having two mattress size because of my current bed frame size I was well attended by the members of staff I came into contact with during my visit. Michael was very professional as we went through the options, selection and purchasing of the mattress. Whilst completing the order he asked whether I would like an refreshment. He was also able to provide a small discount on the item.

The assistant Michael D was very knowledgeable and offered his advice when we asked him questions. He did his upmost to advise us on everything we wanted to know.

The sales representative who dealt with my order, Mr. Michael Francis, is extremely kind and friendly. He is also very knowledge about the brand (Tempur) that I am buying, that he explained to me the history of the brand, and patiently let me try out all the thickness and types of Tempur mattresses, in addition to the different types of pillows that are included in the order.

We loved the sleep match experience and bought the mattress that was the first one on the list . Diane the colleague in the purley way store was brilliant and the young man working there was also friendly

I was very satisfied with my experience at the dream super store in Purley way Croydon on Monday 10 January 2022, the sale assistances who dealt with us name was Michael was very helpful and friendly chap, and know his stuff!! he offered us tea or coffee, nothing was to much trouble for him to deal with as we was looking to purchase a bed base for for my mum, we was not at any time pressurised to make a to make a purchase which i like when trying to choose something!!

I was highly satisfied with the salesman but disappointed in your way of ordering as the guy could not sort out I order on the computer I spent an hour waiting for my order to be processed but the salesman was brilliant and assured me it will be sorted and it was

My Husband and I walked into your shop we were welcomed with friendly staff, they didn’t over pressure us at all. We asked if we could do the sleep test the salesman Moses was very professional and explained the results of the test showing us three mattress they recommended, we tried them out and questions then retried them over and over Moses even asked if we would like a coffee. Eventually we made our decision and were very happy
