I was pleased my phone call was answered quickly. Barrett Stodart was friendly and so helpful. He helped place my order and was able to give me a delivery date straight away. I had a slight query and made a follow up call and he dealt with it immediately. As a family we bought beds from Dreams years ago and we had a great experience then and I have repeated that great experience with my new purchase. I have also received a text confirming delivery. Great service. Impressive and Barrett is doing a great job.

My service was delivered over the phone and the mattress I wanted had been discontinued. Barrett found me one of similar spec. I wanted to discuss with ,y son so he gave me his direct number so I could call him back which I did and placed order. I was impressed that it will be delivered in 10 days

Helpfullness of salesman Barret when placing order. Short delivery time. Obviously with the stores closed we had to place our order on line and we assume the headboard ordered will be as described on site.
