My wife and I found our experience in your store to be very pleasant and far less stressful than we were expecting This was mainly true to Derek who patiently and with good humour helped us to make our final choice for a King size bed with suitable headboard --a credit to your company! My wife and I were immediately offered assistance which we certainly needed. The salesman was knowledgable and helpful and the use of your high tech equipment was key to our decision making. We were "browsing" when we entered but, such was our positive experience, we decided to buy there and then.

Friendly staff, efficient but thorough. Had a serious back injury over Christmas staff took that into account when picking a mattress

I wanted to order a bedframe and mattress. I didn't have a clue about the mattresse. Gina who took my order, her knowledge on your products was outstanding! Really impressed with her knowledge and really keen to find the right product for you. I could tell she enjoys her job and gets satisfaction out of it, mainly because botched knowledge. I rang the next day and placed my order, once I had chosen my mattress. Unfortunately it was Gina's day off, the gentleman who took my order put it in Gina's name as she had practically sold me the products. I thought what a lovely thing to do for your colleague. Proves how well the team work together.

The gentleman I was speaking to was called Barrett on my paper work.he was very kind very helpful and new his products well. From start to finish it was excellent customer service and one thing he did the whole way through the call was mam.he reassured me and actually corrected the previous mans error to make my bed actually come quicker so very happy this is the second time I've been with dreams and both times has been really good.thank you have a great day.xx
