I have gone to dreams before but this time I was met by friendly staff and happy to show me round. Every question I had was answered, the best experience . I came for a mattress and left with a bed, TV , mattress and 2 pillows that should tell you something. I was more then happy to spend

I found exactly the product I was looking for, with additional coordinating products which I didn’t know I needed until I saw them. The staff were all extremely understanding, and not pushy in the slightest, which helped entirely for me taking time to select and purchase the right product for me.

We were assisted on the day by Noel, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. Offered very useful insights about the different bed frames and suitable mattresses. Gave us ample time to reflect and make a suitable choice for our master bedroom (especially given it’s such a long term investment). Grateful for your help and please keep up the good work! We were greeted as soon as we entered the store and asked what we were looking for, which was a mattress. The colleague (Noel) offered us a drink and then showed us to the mattresses. He was very knowledgeable upon the topic and helped us choose the perfect one within our budget. Once we had settled for a mattress, he then suggested looking at some pillows too, which he did. All throughout our time at Dreams he maintained social distancing as well as making us feel welcome and we really enjoyed our experience at Dreams.

As soon as I entered the shop one of your colleagues (Moses) came up to me and asked me if I wanted any help. I told him what I wanted and he should me 4 or 5 choices, which was nice. At one point I choose one item and changed it about 2 to 3 times and your colleagues was ok and cool with it .And I’m happy with the bed and mattress i got. Thank you

Friendly staff, efficient but thorough. Had a serious back injury over Christmas staff took that into account when picking a mattress
