I arrived late, never did i feel rushed into try mattresses or the sleep match machine, left after closing! The service and friendliness of the sale man was great! He never mentioned that we were closing and allowed me to try as many beds as I liked and to use the sleep match machine! He was very welcoming and accommodating and offered my son a drink! Lovely service and delivery was available when I needed on the next Saturday. Highly recommend and the sleep match machine was great speeding up the time I needed to try mattresses. Great overall service

The member of staff that helped us was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. He was very knowledgeable on both the mattress we purchased and with helping us understand the other services you provide. We would definitely shop at Dreams again. (The cup of tea was also great!)

Service of staff was outstanding, only issue (one with the company's policy) is that returns seem impossible without incurring charge. I.e. if I wanted to cancel my order I am basically not allowed to do this. However that is a gripe with the company policy, not the staff, who were excellent.

Noel was really friendly and helpful as soon as we walked through the door. He is an asset to Dreams Purley Way. He demonstrated great social distancing measures throughout the whole process and even offered us refreshments.
