Glen was the most approachable, kind and informative sales executive. He wasn't pushy and made the whole process enjoyable and warm. He listened to all our needs and made great suggestions. We felt like we were in safe hands and the process was very smooth. We would return and recommend the store, especially Glen. He is a true asset to Dream and is very passionate about his work.

Diane made the experience. I had sent my parents to look for a mattress that I could buy them and they went in and were served by Diane. My mum is in a wheelchair and dad doesn’t sleep well so I wanted to make sure they got a mattress that suited them both and prevented any aches and pains etc. They had such a positive experience, they felt really listened too and were really happy with the way they were treated and the fact that Diane spent time listening and serving them. She found the right mattress to them and got them to try out different types in different price ranges too (she wasn’t just trying to make an expensive sale). I made an order over the phone and it couldn’t have been easier Diane was available to talk to and the order went through within 10/15 mins which meant it was easy to do whilst working and wasn’t a hassle. Thank you so much for making the experience a good one!
