Very knowledgeable assistant and not at all pushy, one reason we came back and didn't buy the same frame we say in furniture village. Deryk was calming to talk to during a purchase which can be slightly overwhelming, offered us water while we waited as he finished with another customer, made a point about welcoming us both times we came into the store. I've worked in a similar shop and realise there is a balance to strike with letting people brows and being on hand to assist without being overbearing.

Very helpful assistant who wasn't pushy. Nice friendly manner, store was clean and quiet.

we entering the store ,we are Tamil Noel(197) he speak Tamil, we ask the all of questions about the mattress .He answered clearly. we speak Tamil easy to understand. He ask tea or coffee. Almost very we happy to buy the things to Dream .
