Alli was very attentive during my experience at the Purley Branch. He showed me a wide range of what I was looking for, including price point variations and colour options. He was not pushy in his approach which made me feel at ease and a pleasure to engage with.

The assistant who served us was very helpful and did not pressure us to buy

We were greeted, given a pillow to help/alongside with choosing a bed, offered a drink, experienced the bed technology to find which bed was suitable and given the best possible bed.

Friendly and helpful approach by Sales Assistant, Michael. He took time to open the sofa bed and to check if the cushion covers were washable. He gave us time to both sit on the sofa and lay on the open sofa bed. When he led us to the area where we placed the order, he firstly offered us a drink, which was welcomed. He took the time to double check our details when entering our information onto the computer. We did not feel rushed throughout the whole process.

i had access to an advisor without an appointment. I was given extensive, professional advice in a friendly manner. Quality of products seem to be very high. Impressed by the bed-machine analysis. Good service.

Overall great customer service. Quick and speedy yet we’re given all the information we asked for. We didn’t feel rushed in any way. Member of staff Deryck had good knowledge of products and engaged well with us. Would definitely recommend.

The lady who assisted us was extremely professional, polite, personable, well presented and knowledgeable. She made us feel very comfortable.
