Michael spent a lot of time with us, he did not rush us at all, and did not push us in to buying items just for the sake of it.

The information I was given to suit my needs was brilliant. I had a price in mind and a style and they managed to find a suitable bed for me. I have back problem so I was shown a variety and the best personal advice as the collegue had back problems himself. I was nervous about spending a lot of money but I'm very happy.

It was an easy and fast visit - Moses was very helpful and understood what we were looking for, we were very busy and able to get everything done as fast as we needed!

We saw someone by the name of Charles and he spent time talking with us. He did not pressure us as most sales prople would do. Also, he answered all our questions.

I was helped as soon as I walked in. I was directed to the only two realistic options for my needs, but one fit the bill very well. I was able to pay, and set up delivery and home assembly within a reasonable time frame (many places make you wait 4-8 weeks) I was helped by Ian, who was very friendly and assisted me with all aspects of my purchase.

sales person was really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and, the whole sale was handled very professionally.

The salesman understood exactly what we were looking for, guided us to the right product and demonstated with conifdence. Rating the store as one of the superior shopping experiences. On check out there was no fuss and very easy transaction. All in all, a store to be highly recommended.
