Dreams - Croydon

this was our first visit to Dreams . We have purchased beds and mattress previoulsy from different stores . The moment we walked into dreams we were greeted by a sales man who was very friendly. We took our time to look around and once made our decision we went to the lady who assisted us in deciding the type of frame we were looking. We were really confused in terms of choosing the right mattress the knowledge she had was remarkable . She explained in details which one to choose as per our need and provided us the information which made our decision easier .

The salesman Moses was professional and very helpful, and a colleague (possibly the manager) even offered to deliver our pillow personally to my home.

Because Michael the gentleman who served us was courteous, knowledgable and efficient. Also very helpful and friendly we would most definitely recommend the store to friends.

WALKING INTO THE STORE, WE NOTICED THAT THERE WERE PLENTY OF OPTIONS TO SELECT FROM ON DISPLAY. WALKING AROUND AN ASSISTANT ASKED IF WE NEEDED HELP, BUT DECLINED AS WE WISHED TO BROWSE ON OUR OWN TO DECIDE, ONCE DECIDED WE ASKED FOR AN ASSISTANT WHO HELPED US PROMPTLY, AND THEN PURCHASED OUR ORDER, ALONG WITH THE FRIENDLINESS OF THE ASSISTANT. BEFORE ARRIVING AT DREAMS, WE HAD VISITED OTHER BED SUPPLIERS IN LOOKING FOR WHAT WE NEEDED, BUT NOT TOO HAPPY WITH PRICE OR ATTENDANCE OF THE SALES PEOPLE.

We were immediately and cordially greeted by an assistant, Michael Day. He was engaging and polite. He clearly informed us about the choices that we had within our expectations, with appropriate observations that helped us to come to a decision. He was very easy to strike up a rapport with and blended humour with patience as we eventually arrived at our decision. My wife was able to lie on the beds for as long as she wanted so that she was able to have a really clear idea of the right one. We bought our last bed from Dreams and have had 17 years of comfortable nights and so were very happy to be able to buy our next bed from the same company. This was in no small part due to the pleasant and cheerful manner of Michael Day - he was a pleasure to do business with.

Dreams offered a choice in the type of mattresses available and also the help provided by staff was based on our needs rather than the need to sell a product . He also drew our attention to other offers available with our purchase. The whole process was seamless and pleasant . There was adequate time for us to ponder over our choices and selection and also freedom to change our mind. The store is spacious, well laid out and appealing .
