Staff were all very friendly and helpful and we're quick to serve us

We received a prompt and polite greeting when we arrived.the assistant took the time to understand our needs and offered us a range of options.she was informative yet not pushy which helped us make the right purchase

The assistant Noel was very thorough, he was a good salesman without being too pushy and he gave us direct good advice that we needed. He made sure we were happy every step of the way.

Ian was very friendly and helpful as well as personable. He had excellent knowledge and we hadn't intended to buy a bed today but his knowledge persuaded us to do so.

Soon after entering the store ( but not too soon) I was approached by Moses. He listened carefully to what I said I was looking for, then immediately directed me to look at, and try, all the the beds which fell within this category. He remained engaged and helpful while I considered all the possibilities. At no point did he seem impatient to make his sale or put me under pressure . Moses is clearly a very intelligent and well brought-up young man and I appreciated his help.

I visit this store late night and the last day of the Sale. I was treated very well even though it was fairly busy. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable. The whole transaction took just minutes. Very well done..Many thanks
