Diane was amazing from start to finish of the sale. She was very approachable. We basically told her what we wanted and she quickly provided us with options. This was our second visit in 5 years and again it was an amazing experience. Diane gave us options of delivery dates. She made the process so seamless. COVID restrictions were very well put in place. Diane offered us to try out pillows as well as we were looking for some pillows. Diane was very friendly. She knew exactly what we required. She told us about the different options. She was able to give all the information needed. We told Diane the size we needed and she was able to quickly point out the perfect bed. Wanted to say a big thank you to Diane. Will be taking in a small token to say thank you when we are next there. Thank you again Diane you weee amazing !!!

Customers service very good

Barret was very helpful and knowledgeable, made us feel like valued customer, supplied us with hot coffees, kept the area clean , and put us on a computer bed that calculated our sleep match to the mattress. So we could select the correct one for our size and posture.

The mattress we wanted was available to pick up in the store that day so there was no waiting time for it to be delivered. Deryck (B19T) was extremely helpful and friendly.

Moses, your officer, was people friendly and very patient , he made everything so easy, even when we hit a problem and had to return to the car for details of new delivery address. He is to be recommended for his customer service making it a very commendable customer experience.

The person who was assisting was good and friendly and very knowledgeable in sales marketing. We got on well.
