Lovely guy, Michael at Valley Park. Was very helpful and informative. Took time with us, didn't hurry us at all. Explained everything we needed to know. Gave good advice. Was friendly, helpful and professional. Validation code 197.

Ease of accessibility, approachability and knowledge of staff.

There was a very good selection, the posters in store made it easy to understand the options for mattresses, staff made themselves available if needed but didn't harass us whilst we looked at products and tried out various matresses. Once we made a decision the individual at the store who helped us with the order was friendly and knowledgable, explaining each element of the process and again suggesting additional products but not forcing them on us. Overall a really relaxed experience.

Looking to buy our first bed, gave spent time researching online before went to store. Noel immediately offered assistance and was very helpful guiding us to what we needed.

Shopping at Dreams was a quick and easy process from entering the store, purchasing products and arranging payment and delivery.

Moses acknowledged me as soon as I entered the store. He was at the door with another colleague sorting something out. I walked around a bit then he offered assistance. He was patient as I hemmed and hawed about the mattresses, as I already knew which frame I wanted. He was very knowledgeable and even offered me a cup of coffee! Well impressed!! Eventually settled on a langley mattress, so I hope Im not disappointed with the actual thing when it arrives. His area manager arrived whilst he was still doing the paperwork and he introduced me, which I thought was a nice touch. Over all he made me feel very special, as though my business and satisfaction with his service was important. I work for TFL, so I know the importance of customer service, because I spend quite a lot of my time responding to customers who felt that they did not receive excellent customer service from my team! Give that man Moses a pay increase! :) :)

Michael , who helped us was very knowledgeable about the products we were looking at. He also took into account that my mother is in her 80`s and needed to sit down rather than stand. He also gave us tea and coffee whilst completing the paper work. A very pleasant gentleman who explained everything to us.

The staff were extremely helpful and had excellent product knowledge!

I was highly satisfied because of how informed Noel was and how patience he was with us when we asked to see more than one beds then changed our minds from one to the other, also he was very friendly warm and welcoming. He made the experience a day to remember and one that will allow me to shop with dreams again.
